We build the confidence and self-esteem in women who help from INPAVI Cancun<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In INPAVI we have with the Program R. E. D. E. S (Reintegration, Employment, Development, Equitable, and Social) to strengthen the employability, self-employment and the empowerment of every one of the members of the families in poverty and\/or social exclusion that help from the entity.<\/p>\n

In this occasion, our interest was in women! In the introduction to the workshop we discussed about what is the image, the impact of the personal image and why it is important what we project to others through the image.<\/p>\n

We share 5 tools to find and projecting our best version:<\/p>\n

  1. What is the message I want to send? We talked about identifying the message we want to send to our audience, because everything communicates, and, our personal grooming speaks about who we are. We broke up misconceptions about the image, because not only it is something superficial, but who we are and what message we are communicating to the world through each one of our stimuli.<\/li>\n
  2. Have a clear goal: we Talked about having clear goals to know which direction we should walk and that between our identity and image, there is a congruence. In this part of the workshop, we encourage the beneficiaries to dream big and aim in a white sheet by at least 5 goals of life to begin to carry out concrete actions that move them to achieve those goals.<\/li>\n
  3. Who are you?: We talk about the essential requirement to project our best version is the absolute respect of the essence. We touch topics on the care of our body, mind, emotions and spirit.<\/li>\n
  4. The art of dressing well: In this tool, we gave tips basics of fashion and style to take advantage of what we have in the closet I understand our body.<\/li>\n
  5. We close with a kind of makeup basic where we teach the step-by-step to create a make-up day with their own tools.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We are very grateful to SEBIEN for the support and the confidence to execute this Program. We continue lending a hand to our society.<\/p>\n
