{"id":19378,"date":"2025-02-10T13:14:20","date_gmt":"2025-02-10T12:14:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/integracionparalavida.org\/?p=19378"},"modified":"2025-02-10T13:14:20","modified_gmt":"2025-02-10T12:14:20","slug":"inpavi-impulsa-la-inclusion-social-y-laboral-de-120-mujeres-en-granada-y-malaga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/integracionparalavida.org\/en\/blog\/inpavi-impulsa-la-inclusion-social-y-laboral-de-120-mujeres-en-granada-y-malaga\/","title":{"rendered":"INPAVI drives the social and labor inclusion of 120 women in Granada and Malaga"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Social support, psychological and employment to women in situation of vulnerability<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>From <strong>January 2023 until December 2024, INPAVI has developed at its headquarters in Malaga and Granada, the programme<\/strong> <em>&#034;Women in Action: Comprehensive Care for the Inclusion, Equality and Participation of Women in Situation of Vulnerability&#034;<\/em>. <strong>Its main goal has been to provide a comprehensive care to women at risk of exclusion, to promote their social inclusion, equality and active participation<\/strong> in the society.<\/p>\n<p>Through this program, <strong>120 women<\/strong> they have received specialized assistance in several key areas for development and well-being:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Personalized attention<\/strong> in social, psychological and educational.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coverage of basic needs<\/strong> for them and their families.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training for employability<\/strong> and access to job opportunities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Family education<\/strong> and prevention of gender-based violence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the participants has been very positive to be in the program because they have seen personal and professional growth. Many of them have improved their self-esteem, acquired new skills and achieved its insertion in the world of work.<\/p>\n<p>We are grateful to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/organismos\/iam.html\">Andalusian institute for Women of the Junta de Andaluc\u00eda<\/a> \u00a0for your support, which allows us to continue to move forward.<\/p>\n<p>From INPAVI we reaffirm our <strong>commitment to social inclusion<\/strong> and makes a call to those who wish to <strong>join as volunteers<\/strong> to further expand the impact of programs like this.
