A. S. in Alicante"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>A formula of active solidarity<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During the months of September to December 2024, the program D. ACE INPAVI Alicante has enjoyed the dedication and effort of 20 volunteers committed to social action. Through a variety of training activities and training, we have worked to strengthen the volunteer and to enhance their impact in the community.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Strengthening volunteerism<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We carry out training activities and training on key issues such as the regulation of volunteering, education in values, communication skills and efficient management of the volunteer.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Training and integration of volunteers<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We carried out a basic course on the State Law of the Volunteer, the rights and duties of the volunteers and the Volunteering scheme of the organization.<\/p>\n<p>Promotion of fundamental values such as equality, inclusion and education in values, encouraging social action, with a focus on ethical and solidarity.<\/p>\n<p>Workshops were held for technical and social skills and communication, benefiting both the volunteer as to the technical team and co-workers.<\/p>\n<p>Offered specialized training in quality management of volunteer programs, including key aspects such as the development, monitoring and evaluation of projects.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Promotion of citizen participation in actions of solidarity<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We encourage the active participation of the volunteers in various social initiatives of the entity, integrating them into programs that generate a positive impact in the community.<\/p>\n<p>The work carried out during these months reflects the commitment of INPAVI Alicante by strengthening the volunteer and foster a culture of solidarity and service.
