Strengthening ties between the volunteers
Last Saturday, September 21, we had an art activity for the volunteers of INPAVI Cancun.
Since the Program D. A. S. we are doing a monthly activity exclusively for the volunteers, with the intention of improving the work environment, the communication between them and interpersonal ties.
Our volunteers are the hands and feet of our NGO, thanks to them we can carry out our mission and our work as an entity and, therefore, we also make sure that these activities are a time of enjoyment and escapism for them, where they can unwind and also receive tools, service and vision of what we do.
In this activity, coordinated by David Castro, the Program manager D. A. S. at the headquarters of Cancun, prepared us for an evening of painting, in which each volunteer customizó a cap Foami with the intention to reflect on it, what it symbolizes to them, our entity Integration To the Life.
There were different perspectives and feelings on the designs of the caps, and we were able to spend a great time as a team.
