A formula of active solidarity
During the months of September to December 2024, the program D. ACE INPAVI Alicante has enjoyed the dedication and effort of 20 volunteers committed to social action. Through a variety of training activities and training, we have worked to strengthen the volunteer and to enhance their impact in the community.
- Strengthening volunteerism
We carry out training activities and training on key issues such as the regulation of volunteering, education in values, communication skills and efficient management of the volunteer.
- Training and integration of volunteers
We carried out a basic course on the State Law of the Volunteer, the rights and duties of the volunteers and the Volunteering scheme of the organization.
Promotion of fundamental values such as equality, inclusion and education in values, encouraging social action, with a focus on ethical and solidarity.
Workshops were held for technical and social skills and communication, benefiting both the volunteer as to the technical team and co-workers.
Offered specialized training in quality management of volunteer programs, including key aspects such as the development, monitoring and evaluation of projects.
- Promotion of citizen participation in actions of solidarity
We encourage the active participation of the volunteers in various social initiatives of the entity, integrating them into programs that generate a positive impact in the community.
The work carried out during these months reflects the commitment of INPAVI Alicante by strengthening the volunteer and foster a culture of solidarity and service. We will continue promoting training activities and opportunities for more people to join this transformational work.
