Follow with the Program together To Transform in collaboration with the Welfare secretariat of the Government of Quintana Roo in the delegation of Cancun.

From the month of December, through this partnership, we are running our Project R. E. D. E..S (Reintegration, Employment, Development, Equitable, and Social), the program will seek to strengthen the self-employment and entrepreneurial culture to improve the employment opportunities for the vulnerable population we serve.

On this occasion we teach 2 workshops very valuable about:

Workshop Digital Literacy and job search digital, 10 beneficiaries in a situation of vulnerability learned to use digital tools essential to improve their job opportunities. During the training, we teach you how to surf the internet, create and update your resume online, using platforms of job search, and how to apply to job offers through digital portals. In addition, we address topics such as online safety and the creation of professional profiles on networks like LinkedIn. The workshop provided participants with the necessary skills to take advantage of the digital environment, and access to new business opportunities, enabling them in their search for employment.
Workshop of Sales and customer support: In the workshop of sales and customer care, we provide theoretical and practical training to a group of 15 people, thanks to the expert in sales, Eduardo Mosque. During the workshop, we address techniques for effective sales strategies to close business, and the importance of quality customer care. We also tools to improve communication, empathy, and handling objections, as well as tips on how to build trust and retain customers. The participants were able to apply what is learned through interactive exercises, simulations of sales and use cases. At the end of the workshop, attendees were equipped with new skills to improve your performance in sales and providing exceptional customer service.
