Social support, psychological and employment to women in situation of vulnerability
From January 2023 until December 2024, INPAVI has developed at its headquarters in Malaga and Granada, the programme "Women in Action: Comprehensive Care for the Inclusion, Equality and Participation of Women in Situation of Vulnerability". Its main goal has been to provide a comprehensive care to women at risk of exclusion, to promote their social inclusion, equality and active participation in the society.
Through this program, 120 women they have received specialized assistance in several key areas for development and well-being:
- Personalized attention in social, psychological and educational.
- Coverage of basic needs for them and their families.
- Training for employability and access to job opportunities.
- Family education and prevention of gender-based violence.
For the participants has been very positive to be in the program because they have seen personal and professional growth. Many of them have improved their self-esteem, acquired new skills and achieved its insertion in the world of work.

From INPAVI we reaffirm our commitment to social inclusion and makes a call to those who wish to join as volunteers to further expand the impact of programs like this. With more support, it will be possible to provide new opportunities to more women and families in need.
